If the NSD certificate is not displayed in the list, it must be added in the Certificates storage (see Adding the NSD certificate).

If this instruction did not help to solve the problem, it is recommended to contact the client NSD Department by mail sоed@nsd.ru. The cause would be the lack of a questionnaire or a power of attorney EDO

Cause

One of the possible error causes – when the message was sent for the first time the selected encryption certificate did not belong to NSD. To clarify the reasons go to Settings → Cryptography and view the certificate ID. If the ID does not match certificates from the list of NSD certificates, it should be replaced.
