Cause

One of the possible error causes – when the message was sent for the first time the selected encryption certificate did not belong to NSD. To clarify the reasons go to Settings → Cryptography and view the certificate ID. If the ID does not match certificates from the list of NSD certificates, it should be replaced.

Ways of solving

To select the encryption certificate:

check the box next to the required certificate (see Fig. 3) in accordance with the type of cryptography used (see the list of NSD certificates on the right column of this page);
