To open the Settings window, you should press 
button (figДля перехода к сетевым настройкам нажмите кнопку (рис. 1) on the application toolbar на боковом панели.

This will open a window in which all settings are grouped into tabs (fig. 2). So you can easily find the settings you want to modifyРисунок 1 – боковая панель настроек
В результате откроется окно, в котором все настройки сгруппированы по вкладкам (рис. 2).
