Messages the user sent for the registration of a contract, transaction, MA are delivered to the repository in unencrypted state (Fig. 1).

One of the possible error causes – when the message was sent for the first time the selected encryption certificate did not belong to NSD. To clarify the reasons go to Settings → Cryptography and view the certificate ID. If the ID does not match certificates from the list of NSD certificates, it should be replaced.
To select the encryption certificate:

If the NSD certificate is not displayed in the list, it must be added in the Certificates storage (see Adding the NSD certificate). |
If this instruction did not help to solve the problem, it is recommended to contact the client NSD Department by mail sоed@nsd.ru. The cause would be the lack of a questionnaire or a power of attorney EDO. |
