Error

Messages the user sent for the registration of a contract, transaction, MA are delivered to the repository in unencrypted state (Fig. 1).

Cause

One of the possible error causes – when the message was sent for the first time the selected encryption certificate did not belong to NSD. To clarify the reasons go to Settings → Cryptography and view the certificate ID. If the ID does not match certificates from the list of NSD certificates, it should be replaced.

Ways of solving

To select the encryption certificate:

  1. go to the Cryptography section (Fig. 2.1) of the Settings form;

  2. click the Reset button to delete the current certificate (see Fig. 2.2);
  3. click Set (see Fig. 3.3). This opens the Select certificate window (Fig. 3);

  4. check the box next to the required certificate (see Fig. 3) in accordance with the type of cryptography used (see the list of NSD certificates on the right column of this page);

  5. click the OK button to apply settings.
